Icetro started making soft serve equipment 40 years ago in Korea and are the only Korean company to have its own R&D and laboratory facilities. We are also fortunate to have long running relationships with suppliers within a 30-mile radius of the factory in Incheon, which has facilitated ongoing innovation, quality, and a robust supply chain for spare parts and support.
