Agreement

By submitting and signing this application/information, you authorize TFGroup LLC and TFG Tennessee LLC to make inquires into the banking business/trade references that you have provided.
Signer has the authority to enter into this agreement and any persons signing it on the purchaser's behalf is duly authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the purchaser.
Purchaser agrees in the event TFGroup LLC and/or TFG Tennessee LLC agrees to provide credit terms, Purchaser agrees to pay all invoices within agreed terms.
Purchaser will be responsible for the following on past due amounts. Any Collection, legal fees and court cosxts that are incurred because of non-payment
Purchaser consents and agrees that all legal proceedings shall be filed, maintained in the state of Lousiana, Jefferson Parrish/County.
Any check returned to TFGroup LLC and/or TFG Tennessee LLC from the Purchaser bank is subject to a $50.00 returned check fee.
