Indicator Lights
Add Mix light alerts the operator to add mix. When the Mix Out
light flashes, the unit automatically shuts down to prevent damage.

Electronic Viscosity Control
The electronic viscosity control continuously measures product
viscosity and regulates operation of the refrigeration system.
